Iran's 2011 intl. nano exhibition kicks off
Nanotechnology is considered a relatively new field of science. However, standing tall among the world's pioneering countries in nanotechnology and defiantly not missing out on any of the excitement, Iranian business owners and research centers have proudly displayed their latest achievements for the fourth consecutive year.
Nanotechnology is considered a relatively new field of science. However, standing tall among the world's pioneering countries in nanotechnology and defiantly not missing out on any of the excitement, Iranian business owners and research centers have proudly displayed their latest achievements for the fourth consecutive year.
From nano-fertilizers promising at least a 20% increase in yield with fresher and bigger produce to anti-bacterial anti body odor fabrics containing nano-silver but promising to no longer threaten the environment.
This is probably why this year's exhibition has drawn even more foreign visitors.
Iran's Nano Technology Initiative Council INIC is making sure that Iran will gain a foothold in the international market.
And while Malaysia, and India have already begun importing Iranian nano-technology research laboratory equipment the most anticipated product to hit the international market is an anti-cancer nano-drug.
These are only part of the steps that Iran has successfully taken only over the past six years.
Because of these achievements Iran has gained international recognition for its advancements in nano technology and year it will be hosting the 8th Asia Nano Forum in Tehran. The one day session will be held on Sunday.
